MS Update!!!

Hello fellow Bloggers....

As you may know, I have Multiple Sclerosis and suffer the pain from it each day.

I have been doing some research and found some very helpful tips that I am very excited to try!

If you know anything about the condition, it causes paralysis, pain, fatigue, vertigo, vision issues and can  even lead to death.

Well, the latest is all about Diet and Vitamins.

The one I am going to try is the RAW diet. 

I will cut out Red meats, eat tons of vegetables and fruits, which I do and love and add fish and Vitamin B, B6, B9, B12, A, C, K and Iodine, as well as Kale, Seaweed, no dairy, and cut out MSG completely.

So I will keep you posted as I go through this transition and I hope to have very good reports in the near future.
